When submitting a resubmission, please include separate documents for the Reply to Referee and Reply to Editor. If you have replies for two or more referees, each referee reply should be contained within its own document. It is fine for the Reply to Editor document to contain the replies to referees, but the Reply to Referee document should not contain the Reply to Editor. The reply letters to the referees should be anonymous.

During resubmission, you will be asked to suggest an editor. If your previous editor is not in the drop down list, you may select the Executive Editor, and the resubmission will be assigned to the original editor if possible, or reassigned if necessary.
