-includes the abstract (limit: 100 words)
-is double-spaced (limit: 28 lines per page)
-has size 11 or larger font
-includes the internet appendix, labeled clearly, with author information removed. (This step may be skipped if you do not have an internet appendix.)

-includes the name, affiliation, and email address for each author.
